Day 60 - Eye is for Irrelevance

Day 60 - Eye is for Irrelevance

I was super tired after a 6th consecutive day of work . Before going home I had to picked up a Kowa medium format camera from a vendor I met online. They call this the poor man's hasselblad" This camera was used for wedding portraits for years. The owner and his wife use to double team with a bunch of different camera's to shoot weddings. They had other camera's to cover the actual event. But this one was strictly for portraits. The man passed away a few weeks ago. His wife had to sell the equipment.

I walked into the house, Keith (the vendor) was very inviting. He introduced me to some members of the family. They were sitting in the living room as I walked in.
Two men and one women. The women had 2 Chihuahua dogs on her lap. Of course she had to hold them down because the little things wanted to kill me. Those dogs are all the same....but god were they ever cute with their matching white sweater's!
Keith explained to me the passing of there loved one and let me look at the product before I buy it. He was kind enough to write a receipt to my name and a 30 day money back guarantee. They were very kind...I'm very grateful to have this camera.

Final Pan

Final Pan

Right, I uploaded this twice before thinking it was great. This beats all of them, and this is the final upload of the same thing.

It's the view from my rooftop last summer, June 19th. Originally I used Photomatix - trial version.
Then I did it again using Picturenaut.
This (last time) I did it, I used Photomatix again - the full version.

The problem with the demo version was it exacerbated everything ridiculously. The problem with Picturenaut was that it didn't really do anything. And the sky varied in color.
This one is actually a proper HDR, realistic style. This is the look I've been going for for eight months. Doesn't this look better?

Stitched during a presentation of how to use Hugin that I ran yesterday.
